Tarter’s Wire Unroller easily attaches to any standard 2” receiver hitch. That allows you to unroll spools of wire fence quickly and easily without tangling or kinking. Includes adapter to attach to any standard ATV or UTV. The corrosion-resistant finish adds durability.
